In the second half we played much better defense. We were able to get our transition game going. I thought that (UMD) played a great game, but we took advantage of them not having Dietz.

It's so nice to be able to stay another day.

It's really fun for them to say that they helped build this program. Both of them are just top-notch people on the court, off the court, in their majors in everything.

They had a lot to play for - if they were on the bubble - I thought they were in anyway. They just played really well. For us, the conference championship trophy would've been nice, or at least the chance to play for it.

They have a very good basketball team. They gave us trouble defensively and offensively. But St. Cloud State has a pretty good basketball team, as well.

They made it tough on Erika at times. But, she made it tough on herself, too. You think of all the pressure that's been on her. It affected her (Thursday). You saw a piece of a young lady who tried so hard and it didn't go her way. It was not one of her best nights.

This is an oncoming team. They're very capable of knocking some teams off in the tournament.

Sascha organizes the guards and April organizes the posts for us. April is a very good defensive player. She'll get the toughest post in every game we play.

I've seen tape of Shaw and they love to shoot the three. Their three guards shoot the three more than we shot them as a team.
